How to Use Zoom’s Immersive View on Mac and Windows – Guide

Zoom has announced a new feature called Immersive Viewing, which would make the video call more like an office or classroom meeting. You can join other meeting participants in the same virtual room, such as a boardroom, cafeteria, classroom, and art gallery. The function allows up to 25 attendees to join the meeting in a virtual room.

The virtual background feature on the Oculus Rift platform is built on the already existing background functionality that the platform offers. However, Zoom focuses on actually placing members in a realistic-looking location rather than just switching a flat background. Zooming allows hosts to resize participants and move them around the scene. There is also an option that allows users to upload their own scenes if they wish. While any image can be used as the Immersive View background, the company has stated that adjusting the file type, aspect ratio, and resolution recommendations for virtual backgrounds will yield the best results.

Steps for using the immersive Zoom view are listed below:

Second, use the zoom feature to enlarge a photo of a person or object. Third, use the share button to send the photo to your friends and family.
