How to Use Branching in MS Forms – Guide
Microsoft Forms is a complete tool that makes surveys, overviews, tests and different questionnaires free and easy to use. It includes expansion, which allows you to send users to different queries depending on their previous answers. This is the way to add branches to the Microsoft form.

- Reset the form to its defaults
